Movie Music Night

Let Chaos Collective, with guest vocalist Ella McCready, immerse you in the magical world of movie music. From the opening chords of Also Sprach Zarathustra, used in Stanley Kubrick’s film 2001: A Space Odyssey, to the final chords of Adele’s James Bond theme ‘Skyfall’, Chaos Collective, with guest Ella McCready presenting the evening, will take you on a journey through the world of film music.

Tonight’s performance will include music by some of the titans of film music composition, including Hans Zimmer, John Williams and James Horner. Ella will be joining Chaos Collective as vocalist for a few songs throughout the evening.

If you want heartbreaking beauty we have When You Wish Upon A Star from Pinocchio. If you want love, we have Glasgow Love Theme from Love Actually, and if you want an all out marching extravaganza, we have that too in the shape of Superman.

Since the days of silent film ended, and ‘talkies’ began, music has gradually become integral to our enjoyment of film. You only have to think of Psycho or Jaws. Tonight’s show is all about the music.
