Meet our new Festival Patron, the celebrated counter-tenor Michael Chance. Michael has a worldwide reputation as one of the main exponents of the male alto voice and has performed in all the world’s greatest opera houses and concert halls from Sydney Opera House to Covent Garden, from Carnegie Hall to Wigmore Hall. His extensive list of recordings includes a Grammy award. He also made North Norfolk his home for 40 years!
Come and hear him in lively conversation with Brenda Blewett, sharing entertaining anecdotes from his distinguished career.
Michael is Professor of Vocal Studies and Opera at the Royal Academy of Music - in the second part of this event enjoy the privilege of watching him work with two young singers at the start of their careers.
