London Central Brass are an exciting new name in the Chamber Music world – first prize winners of the Philip Jones International Brass Ensemble Competition in July 2023, and winners of the Onyx Brass Award for Creativity in Programming. The group have performed all over the United Kingdom and Europe, with recent highlights including recitals at the Lucerne Festival and Wigmore Hall.
They are dedicated to pursuing their passion for researching and performing high quality brass chamber music and for promoting new compositions from both established and up and coming composers. They have performed many new works for the ensemble, including the world premiere of Philip Cashian’s Brass Quintet.
